My Call Recorder offers a straightforward solution to effortlessly capture every phone conversation. The app supports both incoming and outgoing call recordings, making it invaluable for personal recall, business discussions, or any situation requiring a reliable record of your calls.
How to verify my phone number
Before you start recording calls, you have to verify your phone number directly in the My Call Recorder app.
1. Open the My Call Recorder app and tap the middle Microphone button.
2. Type in your phone number and enter the verification code you received.
3. Once your phone number is verified, you can start recording calls.
How to record an outgoing call
Your phone number must be verified via the app before recording a call!
1. Tap on the Microphone button and tap to call the phone number shown, which is the call recording bot.
2. Tap the 'Add' button to add the person you want to call.
3. Choose a person you want to call from your Contacts. You must tap on the phone number.
If you want to call a phone number that is not in your Contacts, tap 'Keypad' on the bottom navigation bar and enter the number manually. Then tap the green Phone button.
4. As soon as the recipient answers the call, tap the 'Merge' button. This is the most important step! The call is now being recorder
5. Once you end the call, the recording will be downloaded directly to the app. Note that it may take a couple of minutes to download your recording. When it's ready, you will be notified via a push notification.
How to record an incoming call
Your phone number must be verified via the app before recording a call!
1. Accept the incoming call.
2. Go to the My Call Recorder app and tap the middle Microphone button. Then, tap to call the phone number shown, which is the call recording bot.
3. Tap 'Merge Calls'. This is the most important step! Your call is now being recorded.
4. Once you finish the call, the recording will be downloaded to the My Call Recorder app. Note that it may take a couple of minutes to download your recording. When it's ready, you will be notified via a push notification.
Tip!
If you have already verified your phone number in the app but don't have an internet connection, you can record outgoing and incoming phone calls even without using the My Call Recorder app. Simply save the dedicated phone number into your Contacts or use the keypad to call it directly from your device. Then, follow all the steps as instructed before. Remember to merge calls!
